Consented Preliminary Landscape Proposals drawings are worked up and developed further with additional details to enable the drawings to be used for Tender & Construction purposes.
For precision, to-scale Planting Plans are made with computerised drawings to accurately indicate the exact location, quantities, size and species of each tree and shrub etc.
We also provide a Construction Specification document for ensuring the high quality of each item or material specified during implementation of the scheme and can monitor installation during construction.
Schedules of Quantities can be produced to obtain price estimates for the procurement of all materials proposed.
